1. Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:

Through cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use it. This may include analytics data collected via third-party tools such as Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details. You can manage cookie preferences through that page.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent, where you have given it; (b) contractual necessity, where we need data to deliver a programme you have enrolled in; and (c) legitimate interests, where we have a reasonable purpose that doesn't override your rights.

5. Data Protection Measures
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. These include encrypted storage for sensitive records, access controls limiting who within Bijak can view participant data, and secure transmission via HTTPS for all web interactions.
In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify affected parties and, where required, the relevant authority under the PDPA, within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for site functionality and analytics. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to work. Analytics and preference cookies are optional and require your consent. You can review and manage your preferences at any time via our Cookie Policy page.

Under the PDPA (Malaysia), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data is corrected.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
